Step Two: Placing the Command Center

Placement actually doesn't matter. Throw it anywhere, somewhere that looks cool, or maybe near where your hotspot is at. When you double click on your Planetary Colonies window on the planet you want to look at, the camera pans to the Command Center by default.

You will hopefully have Command Center Upgrades IV already trained so you will want to upgrade it to the maximum level that you can like pictured above and then click SUBMIT.

Note: You will need a ship, probably an Industrial that can carry at least 1000m^3. Once you place the Command Center and click SUBMIT, you can do the rest while docked.
